How wide of a splatter are we talking about? Last night I heard something splattering on WWV on 10MHz, and in trying to identify it I found a garbled voice transmission that sounded vaguely French spread over a very wide area peaking around 10060 kHz. It was spread so wide it sounded like an FM signal tuned in AM mode, but it just sounded like a buzz in FM mode. It's not there tonight. That was it, RCI on 9755 in French! |
