Perhaps. But you must look at it this way, when Bryant hits the reply button, to
reply to 'all' he must physically alter my email address every time and remove
'NOSPAM'.

He does this consciously and willingly. I have requested that he not do that. He
persists.

He obviously has a few 'problems', if you know what I mean.

In other words, he has no defense at all against a charge of sending unwanted email

His claims of having 'lawyer relatives' is obviously a ruse. If he did indeed have
'lawyer relatives' I'm sure they would have indicated to him that he should cease
and desist.

Provided of course that he has told his 'lawyer relatives' what he was doing!

I figure he has no 'lawyer relatives', and even if he did they probably have the
good sense to stay away from him!
