PART 1. RECOGNIZING THE PROBLEM

Are you a victim of the UltraSonics Police and their microsonic weapons?
These are a combination microwave and ultrasonic radiofrequency acoustical
guns and rifles. In some cases they are cannon sized!!!!!

If you see the same or similar vehicles more then three times then you
may have a serious problem.

These vehicles are commonly used for attack, be very cautious of
any vehicle which has a ladder or pipe rack on the roof. Also, be wary of
any vehicle which has tinted windows, or an area which you cannot see
though (like a service van). The attack vehicle could be any
vehicle from a small Geo Tracker, Suburban, Blazer, Trooper, or Cargo
Van. Look for any vehicle which could conceal a person in the back or has
tinted windows. Also, keep in mind that the eavesdropper may relocate the
vehicle several times, so look around. Typically, UltraSonics like to
get within 500-750 feet from the place or person they are attacking.
Concealed within these vehicles will be an assortment of high tech
personal attack weaponry from simple microwave heating beam weapons to
the ultra sophisticated acoustico-electromagnetic ultrasound pulse shaping
microsonic gun or rifle. If they want to "take out" a whole apartment
block then they will use a cannon sized version.

Your only option for survival is to take up martial arts. If you are
fit enough then I advise you take up Wing Chun but if you are weak
then something like karate or judo may suffice. You should progress to
Tibetan arts such as lungompa and levitation. More on this in future
