shortwave radio maverick Allan Weiner's WBCQ, located in Monticello,
Maine.

five-nights-a-week, two-hour show with advertising and donations, he

the neo-Nazi National Alliance*. After neo-Nazi World Church of the
Creator* leader Matt Hale was arrested in late 2002 for allegedly
soliciting the murder of a federal judge, Turner openly supported
Hale.

"I don't think killing a federal judge in these circumstances would be
wrong," he said, referring to the judge's ruling against Hale's group
in a copyright dispute over its name. "It may be illegal, but it
wouldn't be wrong."

White supremacist Matt Hale found guilty of murder solicitation

CHICAGO (AP) -- Matthew Hale, the self-styled "Pontifex Maximus" of a
white supremacist group, was found guilty Monday of trying to have a
federal judge killed after she ruled against him in a trademark case.

Hale, 32, was found guilty of four of the five charges against him.
Hale, who preached a gospel of "racial holy war," was found innocent
of one of two counts of soliciting the murder of a federal judge. The
judge was not attacked.

Solicitation of murder carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in
prison. Hale could also get a maximum of 10 years on each of three
counts of obstruction of justice.
