We're hearing Guyana coming in strong at 0330 UTC on 3291.6 kHz here
in PR. What UCT would that be for me in the EDST area......duh, I guess 11:30pm right? He said 'UTC' which is UTC anywhere, right? Give me a break, I've been up all night listening to the radio. :-) |
