An excellent night in the mid-Atlantic states area. Some of the usual
suspects that can fade in and out are sounding like local AM:

Radio Sweden reports that Hans Blix says Iran will have a bomb in two
years, and that a country wide restaurant/bar smoking ban is getting a
mixed reaction.

Radio Austria says that the move to enact a point system for (bad)
drivers is gaining momentum. Austria is apparently one of the few
Western countries without one.

Voice of Vietnam is dour as usual; the economy, as always, is
improving.

Radio Tirana is a tough catch here even on a good night and is
marginally audible. A bit tough for old Torus Tuner.
