Cheap = inexpensive, that's what I meant with regards to Sony SW radios. On
the other hand, Sony makes radios for various consumer markets and I am sure
there are some which are garbage. The Sony ICF-2010 which was manufactured
first in 1985 was one of the best portables out there and was only
discontinued a couple of years ago. If you knew anything about SW radio, you
wouldn't make the blanket coment you did and cross post this to
rec.radio.shortwave.
