In Atlanta Ga, I get squat on 13.760. I do get a solid copy on some east-
asian language braodcast on 13.770. Sounds like some kind of stock or
commodities investing program. Every once in awhile, a female in english
breaks in and explains some term, like "market call"...

Ha! Just ID'd as "Voice International Limited". Coming from Australia, I
think? Sounds Cantonese-ish, though...


If that is the case then it is from transmitters in Darwin.
