I got mine *WITHOUT* anesthetic. I had to. The doctors have all been
controlled for years and I didn't want him merely doing an upgrade
on the existing plant.

Certain unnamed Western Leaders have had accidental lobotomies
during this process yet mysteriously got courts to appoint them
