See the message I received (I posted it on this thread). I am asking them
if this is a raincheck or an outright cancellation. Will see. "Bill E" wrote in message ... I did not get an Email saying the order was cancelled. It just said cancelled when I checked it on the site. Perhaps we should consider that sometime - a group buy of, say, ICOM R75s, or Sat 800s. It takes nerves of steel and trust, because we have to pool the money together under one person. These days an escrow service could address that. Not what size batch we would need to buy to equal the discount the big guys get. "Mitchell Regenbogen" wrote in message .. . You lucky man.
"Mitchell Regenbogen" wrote in message ... Hate to make you jealous, but mine says "Ready to Ship" (of course it might also be cancelled in an hour). Maybe so many people ordered that their online stock system couldn't keep up. "Namikis" wrote in : Mine was canceled too. :-( Any emails from Discovery.com explaining why? I reveid none. "Greg Dome" wrote in message ... I just checked my order from yesterday on line and it has been marked by Discovery.com as cancelled. "Invader3k" wrote in message om... We'll see but I think no chance. |

Want to sell at a profit? I'll give you $205.00 for it.
"Mitchell Regenbogen" wrote in message ... Me, the original poster. My order on the Discovery Channel site says "Ready to Ship." Believe me, I posted here a MOMENT after I placed my order. I was not going to post it before I tried placing an order myself. Sorry. I'll post any changes to my order status here.
