Being a Knight-Kit Ocean Hopper makes it kinda rare and being a complete
unbuilt kit makes it very rare. Eight hundred seems a bit high but
there are those who collect unbuilt kits and whoever bids on it will be
bidding because it is unbuilt and will probably keep it that way. Don't
ask me, I really don't understand it either.
