What about people not born in WV? They cannot listen to a station
coming in on their radio? Wow, this regulation must keep the FCC
pretty busy. I am surprised they have not busted me for listening to
Cleveland (WTAM) at night, when I live in Wisconsin. I am sure they
were ready to pounce on me on those occasions when I got Boston or
Denver on my FM clock radio too. I probably turned it off just in
time...I'm sure they were encircling my house at the time!

The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) prohibits listening to radio
signals not directed to you. Unless you are a WV-born native, you cannot listen to WWVA.
