had a very interesting and informative message today. I listened at
9:00 EST / 13:00 UTC on 9.985 MHz but he'll be back at 12:00 EST / 16:00
UTC at 12.160 MHz and this message will repeat at 11:00 PM / 23:00 EST /
03:00 UTC at a frequency of 5.070 MHz.

I'd say the "tactics" mentioned in the message are practiced almost
daily right here in this news group. There, That's all I'm going to
tell you about it. ;-) See if you can spot the references.

Most of us can probably learn a lot from this one 50 minute message.
