OT Sanity returns to California.

It was bound to happen. This MAY cut into the tourist trade, however.
Can New York be far behind? I note neither Clinton OR Bush have commented.

As an aside, the radio just mentioned that a child dies somewhere in the
world every three seconds. Do YOU know where Cheney is every three
seconds? Coincidence? Some say NO.
