Indeed, why change? The A-99 is a great antenna for 10 or 11 meters. About
the only way you will do any better is with a quad or yagi. I have worked the world with an A-99 and 100 watts on 10 meters. Good luck, -- Dave, Icom 746pro, Drake R-8, G.E. I am currently running an old Antron 99, which has served me well, except for lighting up my neighbor's telephone wires. Can anyone think of any reasons why I shouldn't buy one? http://www.a1antennas.com/ -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 100,000 Newsgroups - 19 Different Servers! =----- |
