300 MW??
For a comunity station?

With these oil/energy prices?
Good luck to the folks who live next to the TX site.

The most powerful station I know of is 2.5 MW (1386 Kaliningrad)
Even with a 10 dB gain you still need 30 MW.

On FM? useless, unless you use a multi KILOmeter high antenna.

I would not be surprised if this station is no more than 300 W; some
idiot inserted the "M".
