Then these are likely to have the highest signal levels.

Most other bands don't come in too well. (Depending on the weather.)

Not even 31 m? That's the band with the highest signal levels in the
evening here (poor old ICF-7601...).

And I never get anything on the 120 meter.

I use my radios telescopic antenna.

Telescopic antennas don't work very well on low freqs, plus it's rather
difficult enough to match such a thing to receive at least halfway well
throughout most of the shortwave spectrum. (In the old days, receivers
used to have antenna trimmers for this very reason.) Also, 120 and 90 m
are only populated by weak tropical band stations. I've picked up an
occasional station on 90, but 120 is pretty much DXers' territory.
It might help to state your receiver and location for some antenna
advice.

Kinda like the revelation you're voting for Bush. Hello?

LMAO at the unemployed fat one that owes his current well being to
trial lawyers. And, a guy that claims he's some kind of great
American but doesn't believe in freedom of the press.

Fat? Trial lawyers? Freedom of the press? Unemployed?

Damn, you are certainly confused today, Billy.

Get back to me when those meds kick in.

I can prove each of the above with one of your own posts.

You can prove I'm fat? That'll be interesting.

I've never met a trial lawyer in my life. Fact.

I believe in a free press. Fact.

I'm unemployed by choice. Fact.

My last home was an apartment. I ran a wire out one bedroom window,
around the building and into the other bedroom's window. Picked up a
little electrical noise, but it was worlds better than the whip antenna.
No one ever noticed the wire, three feet above their heads but against
the building.

I don't feel like digging through old posts. Keep egging me on though
- a couple more posts should suffice. Then I'll do it.
