The receiver is still sitting in their facility, awaiting troubleshooting. My friend had to make the calls to them each time, to see what's up. I would think if you spent nearly $4000 US. on a consumer-grade receiver the manufacturer would have more responsive customer service! 'Borrowed' one of those RX340's for a few weeks to try it out. IMHO it was a 'nice' radio. However, it was certainly not worth the price tag. They kicked and screamed a bit, but they took it back.
