Same here in the Chicago suburbs this morning; (11/10/04 at 0630 GMT). I can't
even pickup WWV to get the :18 after the hour propagation report! The best I could scrape up was Radio Havana Cuba on 6.000khz, and there saying this blackout will last another 36 to 48 hours. I take full responsibility for this storm. Like your neighbor who washes his car, and then it rains, I put up a Par Electronics EF-SWL this weekend, and I still don't know how it works.
