The low power 2.4 ghz wireless signals should not.
However, the wired part of the network might. I went through about 5
switches before I got one that was shielded enough not to bother me.

Purchase high quality shielded cat-6 cables for your wired network
segments, put chokes on the power supplies (usually wall warts), the
usual things.

I don't know what the G protocol is, but I have a wireless network in my
shack, with two Macs hardwired to a router, and a Windows 2000 laptop with a
wireless card. I have noticed an increase in interference since its
installation about two months ago. My (simple) solution? Turn off the
router. Interference gone. Problem solved.
