I hear the same thing. According to an old copy of "Passport to
Worldband Radio" Radio Moscow via Plovdiv Bulgaria has a program in english and Kazakh radio (Kazakhstan) has a program with unspecified language and location. The Russian Station is supposed to last till 0300 utc while the other stays on till 1450 utc. Larry |
