I tuned in to 9525 at 0300 January 12 to hear the news on the BBC, and
all I heard was an IS followed by Spanish. They clearly said "BBC
Noticias" so I know it was the BBC, but I thought this frequency and
time was in English, at least it usually is. What's going on? I know
this freq is targeted at Mexico, did they finally decide that people in
Mexico indeed speak Spanish instead of English and adjust their
programming accordingly?
