WOR no longer at 1440 Broadway

Those who have listened to Jean Shepherd may have heard the old (when
he played it) ad for W-W-W-W-somebody stop me-O-R. It mentioned the
location at "Fourteen Forty Broadway", the now dead Mutual Network and
a "Fifty Kilowatt Smile".

My grandfather was a new man for Mutual and WOR and I have a tape which WOR
produced for its 60th birthday and it includes that jingle so i am well
familiar with it
