Sony XR-CA620X shortwave car stereo...cd changer compatibility? Antenna? Cell phone conversations?

Thanks Tom....Mine is a tape deck also. Just curious as to what kind of
CD changer it would be compatible with, what kind of antenna would be
good, and does yours pick up cell phone conversations? Some nutcase
told me that...I don't believe him though. I should be receiving my
Sony SW for the car by next week. Really excited.
