I have about fifteen things running at once (including the WSM
broadband stream) so that slows things down a little on this 733 MHz
motherboard.

the google beta and other sitres behave like usual.
Not great, I am on a 56K modem, but nothing odd.
The Yahoo groups ar dog slow and very buggy.

At work I am connected via our T1 and again google beta and
all other web points behave as suual.
It is just the new and deproved Yahoo groups that presents
a problem.

Since 11:00EST I have been trying to get the
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Kenwood_R-2000/messages
to show me the messages. I only get the opening screen.

This is no big deal, I lived very well before I found these groups,
and I will survive the privation caused by their loss. It is a sign
of how screwed up the modern world has become. Improvements
that do not improve anything. It is kind of like the endless microsoft
security upgrades that only open a new exploits. Ot the hype over HDTV.
Or how congress helped us by improving the bankruptcy law.

R200SW,
=2E
Try First Clicking-On the Group's "Home" Page.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/=ADKenwood_R-2000/
=2E
Then Click-On the [Messages] Button in the Left Column.
=2E
NOTE - You have to be Logged-On-To YAHOO! Groups
to View any Feature-Function of the Group beyond the
Main "Home" WebPage.=20

Their "new and improved" format is enough to make me avoid this.

I'm not interested in someone else censoring my news sources. I can do
this myself.

It's trolls and assholes like you guys that make Yahoo Groups so tempting!
