Eton E1 XM and Drake Service

I asked Drake's service manager whether Drake will be servicing the new Eton E1 XM receiver. He told me that, *so far as he knows*, Drake will not service the E1 XM receiver. Would they have a reason to do that? It was understandable with the Sat 800 'cuz this was based on the SW8, but the E1 is an entirely different beast which Drake has had nothing to do with.
