Default QSL - Time Station BPM

Full data National Time Center picture QSL with technical data in 36
days for English report and 1 IRC on 15000 kHz. Rather a nice card
and my local friends appreciated the nice statmps they used on the
envelope. V/S in Chinese and unreadable.
