The Resurrection of Voodoo Economics

M.W. Guzy is a retired police detective who teaches criminology at the
University of Missouri, St. Louis.

So how does this make him an expert in economics?

He's telling you what happened. He is a trained observer.

Man, you'd believe anything. And no, he's telling what HE thinks happened.
Big difference.

I'm agreeing with his observations. I was there, too.

Trained observers are bull****. A man referred to in a court
case as a "trained observer" (Greyhound driver, but then driving a
Volkswagen bug) once identified me as the driver of a car in which I
was in the right hand passenger seat with my mother sitting between me
and the actual driver, who also happened to be a woman with long, dark
hair. Mine was short and blond.
