There are people all over U.S.A.and all over the World everyday buying
their first computer in the stores in their local area and the online
stores and some of those people getting online for the first time.How
does that make them 'tards? There are also many people who don't want
anything to do with useing computers or having internet access,that
doesn't mean they are 'tards.
