Not trying to start an argument, Brenda but how can you say the Yaesu is
harder to tune? Punch in 123.45 ENTER. What could be easier?
The Icom, you have to hold a button while turning the bfo, etc...

Jim,

No argument.. my mind's not what it used to be, and I've had lots of Yaesu
hand held toys.. I'm remembering the FT-50 transceiver, on which a direct
entry keypad was an option... Thanks for clearing that up.. just means it's
a FAR superior radio to the IC-2.
