Not as pretty a picture is it?????

Why do you think he posted it? The NEW ratings would have screwed up his
agenda.

*In anticipation of a format switch under owner Newsweb Corp., WAIT-AM

(850)
changes call letters today to WCPT (for "Chicago's Progressive Talk").
Picking up WAIT's call letters is Newsweb's WSCN-AM (820).
As tipped here in February, expect an announcement any day that the

suburban
daytime station will become a showcase for the liberal voices of Air

America
Radio's Al Franken, Jerry Springer and Randi Rhodes along with Jones
Radio
Networks' Ed Schultz. "

I used to pick up WAIT in the early 1970s when I lived in Reeseville WI
near
Waterloo. Weren't they originally the station on 820? They had a fairly
decent signal back then.

820 is 820. 850 is 850. Just the call letters have moved around. 850 is a
horrible signal.

I just checked out the changes on 820 while surfing and searching. I don't
remember 850 whem I was AM DXing many, many eons ago.

Sad to hear about WCKY. That was another of my old favorites from the late
1950s. I was using a (military B-17) Belmont BC-348R receiver back then
when I did a lot of 160 and 80 meter DXing as a ham, and I would tune in the
Rainey Family on CKY for a change of pace. One of their most frequent
recordings was "We need a whole lot more of Jesus, and a whole lot less of
rock and roll."

Oops! Spelled Raney wrong. And almost got the name of the song right.

However, I found the lyrics to that tune:
http://www.cowboylyrics.com/tabs/dav...esus-6709.html

Artist/Band: Davis Skeeter Tabs, Guitar Chords
Song: We Need More Of Jesus Tab

WE NEED A WHOLE LOT MORE OF JESUS (And A Lot Less Rock And Roll)
Recorded by: Skeeter Davis
Written by: Wayne Raney CAPO: 1st FRET/KEY: G#/PLAY: G
[G] You can read it in the mornin' paper
[C] Hear it on the radio
Crime is sweepin' our [G] nation
This world is about to [D7] go
We need a [G] good old case of salvation
To put the [C] love of God in our soul
We need a whole lot more of [G] Jesus
And a [D7] lot less rock and [G] roll.
We need more old-time camp meetin's
Lots more prayers of faith
Faith that will move mountains
Save our soul from the burning wave
We need a good old case of salvation
To put the love of God in our souls
We need a whole lot more of Jesus
And a lot less rock and roll.
We need more old-fashioned preachers
Pourin' out their hearts in prayer
When you are in their presence
You know that the Lord is there
We need a nation-wide revival
To put the love of God in our soul
We need a whole lot more of Jesus
And a lot less rock and roll. TAG:
[G] We need a [C] whole lot more of [G] Jesus
And a [D7] lot less rock and [G] roll.

The link was in a contemporary article. It was an accident. As
usual, you missed the big picture while getting hung-up like a tweeker
on something insignificant.

You were an 'accident' yourself, 'tard boy. Your mama was mighty ****ed that
daddy didn't wear a condom.

You finally took a long time to admit that you're wrong, even though the
point was mentioned several times that your flawed reference (a self-serving
blog, at that) was about 10 months old. Then you complain that your being
caught lying was but a small point. (Typical radiclib behavior BTW. Been
there [PR of Madison], seen that before...)

Face it! The big picture to you is presenting black propaganda (talking
points, perhaps?) as truth and quietly backing down when confronted with the
facts. = Exit stage left, way left...

Let's see! The following was your original (bogus) post: I didn't see any
retraction of yours. I'm a technical editor (embedded micrprocessors) and
not a coward to admit when I'm in error. If you were a writer whom I edit,
I'd be all over you for your mistakes if you refuse to heed to reason.

"Majority Report is the #1 talk radio show in the 25-54 demographic in
NYC for its time slot.
Majority Report: 2.9
WABC: 2.7
WOR: 1.2
Who does WOR feature in that time slot? Savage and Laura Ingraham.
Air America came in as the second-highest-ranked talk network in NYC
across the board."

That is the sum total of his skill-set. Find someone else's work that

fits
his bias & agenda; Copy & Paste. He has yet to post an original

thought.
What is hilarious is that he calls everyone else "sheeple"...
