cambodian hostage taking/killing

This was reported on CBC and RCI.

The hostage takers shot a 2 year old Canadian child b/c he cried too much
during the ordeal. Praise for the Cambodian police reported in ending it.
Heart broken Cdn parents of the baby. Very upsetting.
