I prefer that my receivers be nowhere near computers. So, I don't
ordinarily connect them to a computer. However, it would be nice
temporarily to connect my notebook computer to my R8B in order to
update the 1000 memories it has--which is really all I want to do. So,
I'd like a simple piece of software that will do this without my having
to go though some elaborate setup routine.

I know about the ERGO software, but it's way more software than I need
and I've heard it's a pain in the behind to setup.

Any thoughts/recommendations?
