I had access for a long time. Then suddenly my email account
(pacbell.net)is no good.
I asked why and was told in no uncertain terms it was none of my
business. The time taken to write the response could have been used to
explain why.

Bernd does this service in his *very* limited free time.
He also does a lot of spam filtering.
So for example every gmx, yahoo or aol adress do not go through.
Maybe for some reason your requests don't reach Bernd.
If available try another email account to make a new request.
