Interesting. Halifax military contacted Rescue 317 with the message "Do
not jump. Repeat: do not jump." They've also got some sort of phone patch going on with a flight surgeon. Steve |

I spoke too soon: now Halifax military says "Sartec jump approved"

This is starting to sound not so much like a vessel in distress as an
illness or injury on board the Chiquita. Rescue 317 is trying to secure permission for the Chaquita to go direct to St. John's Newfoundland. Steve |
