Default 5181 kHz - Latin America

5181 ?: Two males talking, simplex. Latin American Spanish. Sometimes even
singing "La luz, la luz, muy bueno". Also heard "Tranquilo, Pedro" "... para
manana". Next, they played pop music. Loud signal into New Zealand. Heard
some digital mode in the background, just once, similar to ALE sounding.
(2005-07-22 08:16 UTC) (MDM)

Any ideas? They went clear of the frequency at 09:02 UTC.

Mark.
