No. We know the universe isn't really infinite, but it's so
staggeringly gigantic that to anyone other than a mathematician, "infinite" is the most accurate way to convey the idea of something so hugely big beyond all human comprehension. Try imagining a trillion suns, then a trillion groups of a trillion suns, then a trillion sets of groups each with a trillion groups of a trillion suns, then.... Close enough to infinite for all practical purposes. ![]() -- Ross |

And if there are any of Art Bell's and George Noory's (talk about a
couple of kooks!,Sheesh!) "space aliens" out there, they are so far away they dont know we exist and we will never know if they exist.Time does not exist and our Solar System only has about four and a half billion years to go before it is all toast.Four and a half billion years is nothing in the grand scheme of the Universe. As far as that is concerned,it is like a gate that is open and closed at the same time and we go though that gate but at the same time we do not go through that gate.We are gone before we are here.COMPLY! cuhulin |
