I've listened to their stream before, and it seems to cut
out every 15-20 seconds for something like 0.5 seconds
at a time. It's not very conducive to listening to a
basketball game; I find myself grumbling at the feed
more than listening to the game.

Yes; had it for 5 years. The problem is the feed itself,
not the bandwidth.
