you're.

No, I'm saying, we don't call them "specially trained." We call them
suspects, yank them off duty, and investigate them. Occasionally they
actually face justice. The rest of the time, the elected officials
feel our wrath.

*Oh i think youll find we have the same thing here in the UK. Theres many an
occasion this has happened over the years. Just because of one highlighted
incident dont think its common place

The specially
trained quote is true... they are not normal Bobbies on the Beat.. but

that
said, even specially trained people screw up sometimes, its a fact of

life.

They may not be normal Bobbies on the beat, but their "special
training" has to go beyond ballroom dancing and proper behavior around
the Royals. Like, how to handle a high-stress situation and not let
the adrenaline cloud your judgement.

*I think your becoming a bit silly now. Everyone at sometime makes a
mistake.. thats why its so heavily publicised when it happens because its
out of the ordinary. Ive seen film footage of an american police woman
accidentally shooting a suspect while hes on the floor and being restrained
and handcuffed without undue problems. Does this mean the american police
all shoot the criminals when they are helpless on the floor? no.. it was an
accident in the heat of the moment.. if you want the clip so you can see im
not making it up i will find it for you..

Great. That thar is a shootin' offense, sorry, offenCe, yessir.

We have courts for that. We may not like the ponderous process and
the unfortunate celebrated screwups it has produced, but it beats
shooting a guy in the head AFTER you've captured him.

You suffer the same problems in America so dont give me that. It was a one
of rare occurance thats why it was so well publicised. He was taken down and
shot because at the time it was genuinely thought he was a train bomber. If
the police had held back or tried to arrest him as they would in any other
circumstance other than a terrorist alert with the recent bombings making
the police on "high" alert, and he had actually detonated a bomb you would
be critical then also for not taking him down when they had the chance.
You have no time for negotiation or confrontation with these guys as they
are prepaired to die and dont give a damn who they take with them... in fact
the more the merrier... its not like dealing with your average criminal. The
second they realise they have been discovered the bomb goes off...
It is a tragic cock up.. i agree.. but no way is it a common occurance.

Of course there is such a language as American. I suppose you think
Mexicans speak Spanish don't you?

I have no interest or concern what language the "Mexicans" speak.

America's
adopted language is English and if you say otherwise you are a bloody
fool..... full stop.

I believe its pronounced "Ameriker". At least according to the BBC,
David Frost, and other limey fags.

Now now, please refrain from childish namecalling.. your better than that.

It is *your* words and *your implicit indictment* that I quoted above.
You said that he "was so innocent his address was found..." not the
police, not anyone else. YOU.

Now, either the police screwed up, or this is English Justice and
that's just okay. One or 'tother.

Now, I'm working on the assumption that they screwed up. Fine. What
I'm saying is that this so-called "special training" (your phrase
again) they got isn't up to the job. Some random Bobby may not carry
a gun, but those who do -- and are authorized to use force to
potentially preempt a terrorist act -- DAMNED WELL BETTER BE TRAINED
IN HOW TO MAKE A SNAP DECISION UNDER STRESS.

Your "special training" isn't worth ****.

Yes indeed, it explains your attitude... did you hear about the Rioting

in
Belfast yesterday BTW...shocking... just animals....

If the Brits and their proxies would just give up their
ill-gotten gains and get the hell out, it would all disappear in a
minute. But no, they have to hang on like a dog with a bone. Grasping
*******s.

I think you'll find it's the Irish that ignore the wishes of their fellow
citizens and didn't care about their rights is actually what happened. If it
weren't for the RUC and the Army you would have wiped yourselves out years
ago. What possible motive have people got to riot, smash up and burn cars,
shoot guns at people who are trying to bring calm to the situation and
murder people (sounds very NO, maybe it wasn't the blacks there it was the
Irish in black balaclavas)... And as for it would all disappear in a minute
you live in cloud cuckoo land.
Now stop being so silly..

Hundreds of years of Brit oppression and you can't remember
back beyond a couple of years.

Or, more likely, the testosterone. Which must have been a new
experience for the wimps.

In your opinion... besides which their SNAP DECISION was to shoot the
f_cker. And didnt they do it well. The fact they screwed up is neither here
or there... they took him out... The American police do the same, it
happens... i wont be shedding too many tears.. will you?
