Pa City battled flood 116 years ago, killing 2,209.(there was some
looting going on in Johnstown too) www.drudgereport.com I mentioned
something about the Johnstown,Pennsylvania Dam burst last week.Flooding
isn't anything new in American cities and towns and all over the World
too.Every year we see pictures of flooded houses on tv and somebody's
houses floating down the Rivers.A few years ago, down town Houston,Texas
had some big floods. There was a big flood here in Jackson on Easter of
1979,there wasen't any looting though that I know of anyway.
