I have a "Grundig TR II". I purchased it about 7 years ago for use
mainly on camping trips. I find that with the internal antenna it has limited reception, at least that is the way it seems to me. I do not think the radio is faulty. I suspect that if I put an external antenna on the radio it would pick up more stations. My question, has there been improvements in the reception sensitivity of small portable SW radios that would justify the purchase of a newer unit? Thanks for the help. Wakby |
