IIRC - On the K9AY Terminated Loop Antenna Group there is
a Message with about a K9AY Loop that is located on a Roof
of a Multi-Story Building. The Loop has Steel Welded Wire
Mesh Fencing laying under it as the Ground {Reflector}
Radials. The Owner reported that without the Radials the
K9AY was only a so-so perfromer; but with the Radials it
was everything that he had heard with other K9AY Loops
that were located directly over (About One Meter) the Ground.

it to the ground rod, covered the fencing with dirt, and
