Default Odd signal meter phenomenon

The power supply is far away and it never really changed location. The
only thing that makes a difference is the HF-150 itself. I don't know
that magnetism is at the root of it...I just don't know how else to
explain it.

Just for the heck of it, I situated my 7030+ just to the left of the
R8B to see if I could reproduce the effect, but no dice. Whatever the
cause is, it's specific to the 150.
