Deutsche Welle DRM on 3995 kHz

For DRM experimenters, the DW transmission using DRM on 3995 kHz is
coming in fabulously here in Detroit at 0300 UTC on 27-Dec-2005 with
no dropouts and excellent fidelity.

It's too bad that their DRM transmissions wreak such havoc with the
hams trying to operate in the 80 meter ham band!
