Default IRRS-Shortwave tests on Jan 15, 2006

Hi There,

we have a slight freq change for our test broadcast to EU from 1300-1400
UTC on Jan 15, 2006. All other tests will be as previously announced:

0. To Europe and NA
- 1300 to 1400 UTC
- 11510 kHz (replaces 9385) == 9455 kHz as backup
- 100 kW

1. To Middle East
- 1500 to 1600 UTC
- 9385 kHz
- 100 kW

2. To Europe:
- 1900 to 2000 UTC
- 5775 kHz
- 100 kW


On Monday Jan 16, 2006:

3. To NA (Sunday evening Jan 15 local time in NA) :
-0100 to 0200 UTC
-9385 kHz
-250 kW
