Often I check the broadcaster's website to see if they have an online form for reception reports. I have submitted online reports to Radio Taiwan Intl and Radio New Zealand Intl. I have sent email reception reports to the Voice of Russia, Radio Havana Cuba, and several other stations I can't remember right now. Finally, I have used postal mail to send reception reports to a few stations in the United States (where I live). I prefer to use SIO codes because I have not really learned how to devise a SINPO code. Aside from that, you are probably more knowledgeable than I am about writing good reports. For other readers of this thread, it's always good to name your radio receiver, any antenna that you're using, your listening location, and the source of any interference you hear, if you can track it down. Regards,
