It is not a real portable radio,
becasue it must be carried around with both hands. A slide ruler for volume control looks a little bit "cheapy". On FM waves there is no indication if you are in STEREO or MONO mode. And the biggest flaw about that radio is a strong "birdie" around 3.640 Mhz (LSB, USB or CW). But on the other side it is a very useful and nice made radio.
