Discouraging Tedious OT Postings

VE3, I have to agree with you almost 100%....although I do see the
points of some of the others on this subject. Ignore the ramblings and
it's no more fun for the instigators or however ya spell that word. You
are right about the pysch theory in most cases...not all, but the
majority I'm willing to bet.
