6035 had the best signal for me last night. But definitely not as good as
5975 used to be.
If I don't catch it in the early mornings then it will be sayonara to them
if not SW in general.

Now RHC and CRI can fill in the void sarcasm mode


Well, the 5975 tx was from a transmitter in the US, so naturally it was
strong. 6035 is from South Africa, so it will be weaker. Ascension
always puts in a good signal on 6005, but 7160 is in the middle of the
41m ham band and is thus subsceptible to QRM (like last night when some
sort of data tx was there). CRI seems all too happy to fill the void
left by VOA and BBC, and somebody posted here a letter to the Washington
Post in which a VOA employee urges Americans to listen to CRI. Sometimes
I think that everybody in the US govt is smoking crack. Oh wait, Dumbya
refused to answer questions about his cocaine usage...
