Weird USB activity 7060 at 23:30 UTC

Hearing conversation, seemingly in USB, though I'm having trouble
getting it fully dialed in. Seems like a foreign language, but I don't
recognize it. Coming in very loudly here in Wisconsin on my Satellit
800 off the whip. Any ideas?
